48 Havelock Street
The two-storey building at the corner of Sylvan and Havelock was sold last year. An application for redevelopment has recently been submitted for 50 condominium units in two 4-storey buildings. Most of the historic buildings will be demolished, with a portion of the façade to be retained at the corner. City staff have remaining concerns about tenant assistance and rental replacement units. 351 Wallace Avenue
A proposal for stacked row houses has been submitted. A revised plan has been received and a community meeting was held on September 21, 2005. West Queen West
A staff report authorizing a neighbourhood study of the West Queen West Neighbourhood was adopted by Toronto City Council on Thursday, November 24, 2005.
1171 Queen Street West
An application has been received for a 10 storey residential building on Queen Street with retail at the ground level, and a 25-storey residential building behind it. This is currently an industrial site.
38 Abell Street/150 Sudbury Street

29-51 Florence Street
