Neighbourhood Beautification Program In the Spring of 2005 the City of Toronto launched the Neighbourhood Beautification Program, which was a result of the Five-Point Clean and Beautiful City Action Plan approved by Council and supported by the Mayor's Roundtable on a Beautiful City. The Neighbourhood Beautification Program is designed to engage our communities to beautify underutilized spaces in our wards. This program complements the City's increased efforts to clean and revitalize overlooked City-owned spaces.
