Kevin moved into Ward 18 after he completed his studies in English Literature at the University of Toronto. He has been involved with a number of community organizations both in the Ward and in the City. |

Pat Chastang

Pat Chastang has recently accepted the position as Executive Assistant to Councillor Adam Giambrone.
Pat brings 4 years of City Hall experience from her years as Constituency Assistant to Councillor Paula Fletcher, Ward 30 Toronto Danforth.
Pat, a native of Los Angeles, has lived in Portland, Oregon and Vientiane Laos where she taught English as a Second Language. She had worked for over 10 years in the environmental movement including groups such as Greenpeace and Earthroots. Pat has volunteered for Metro Toronto Movement for Literacy and Riverdale Share Christmas.
In her spare time, Pat enjoys spending time at Dufferin Grove Park, a 5 minute walk from her home. She ice skates in the winter and attends the community dinners in the summer. |

Chris Gallop

Constituency Assistant
Chris joined the Giambrone team in 2005 after completing his studies in politics, sociology, and philosophy at the University of Toronto. He is a fluent French speaker. A lifelong downtown Toronto resident, Chris is very familiar with the city and the issues downtown residents face. He is particularly interested in environmental issues and finding creative solutions to the challenge posed by climate change and other environmental problems. He participates regularly in many community groups and community building activities in Ward 18 and elsewhere in the city. |

Erika joined Councillor Giambrone's office in September 2005. Fluent in Portuguese, Italian, Spanish and French she is completing her studies at the University of Toronto. |

Constituency Assistant
Samuel joined our team in the month of January 2007. He originally joined as a student intern while completing his Master of Social Work degree. Samuel was hired on July 1, 2007, as a part-time Constituency Assistant. Samuel is fluent in both English and Portuguese, which is an asset in Ward 18.
A lifetime resident of Ward 18, Samuel is very familiar with Little Portugal and the various milestones the Portuguese community has had in both Davenport and the City of Toronto.
Samuel is particularly interested in social justice issues and advocacy, especially when it comes to elders' issues. He has extensive skills in case management, assessment, evaluation, advocacy, counselling, crisis intervention, problem solving, and research.

Shawna Teper

Shawna joined our office in April 2007. She has a background in social work and will receive her Master of Social Work degree in October 2008 from Ryerson University. Shawna has spent the past ten years predominantly working in the violence against women field, but has a passion for politics and social policy in particular. Shawna’s focus in the office is on TTC casework. |
